Weather-Tech Solutions Warranty

Weather-Tech solutions provides a 5-year Craftsmanship warranty on all new work carried out.

*This excludes any maintenance/ repair work.

Weather-Tech Solutions uses only the highest quality materials and products in order to offer our customers piece of mind with every project we do. All products carry a minimum manufacturer’s warranty of 10 Years ranging up to 40 years. *unless otherwise specified.

All Weather-Tech Solutions in house warranties and manufacturers warranties have their limitations.

Craftsmanship Warranty Limitations:

1.     The craftsmanship warranty covers; defects, deficiencies or incorrect installations caused as a direct result of Weather-Tech Solutions malpractice during the installation of any of their contracted scope. This warranty excludes any additional scope carried out by Weather-Tech Solutions unless otherwise specified.

2.     Weather-Tech Solutions roof warranties are exempt from damage caused by; tree fall damages, ice dams or any other result of extreme weather.

3.     Craftsmanship Warranties cover; building envelope, flat roofing, metal roofing, snow stops, siding, painting and soffit.

4.     Craftsmanship warranty is void in the event of any modifications/ damages that occur after installation.

5.     The warranty is tied to the work and not the owner/ bill payer. Meaning the warranty does not require any kind of transfer and will be honoured regardless of the owner.

6.     Warranties become effective the date of completion.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Limitations:

1.     All manufacturers’ warranties vary from what they cover to their period covered.

4.     Any manufacturer warranty claims lay with the manufacturer and are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Weather-Tech Solutions holds no third-party liability to the manufacturer’s warranty. Although Weather-Tech Solutions will always have its customers best interests in mind and will do it’s best to help facilitate any manufactures warranty claims.
