Concrete is extremely porous and often needs waterproofing solutions to increase it’s lifespan, especially below grade where building structures sit under the water table. For example, a roof line that sheds onto a slope that runs back toward the house footings, diverting all the roofline water to the foundation of the home. This causes damp ingress and degradation to your home’s foundations.
