So We Removed And Disposed Of All Of The Old Metal Roof, Sheeted The Whole Roof Area With 1/2” Plywood, Installed Titanium PSU Self Adhesive Vapour Barrier, Wrapped The Whole Roof and Chimney In Standing Seam Sheet Metal. Delivered with a 5 Year Craftsmanship Warranty and 10 Year Manufacturers Warranty. All For $40k Less Than The Next Competitive Quote.
This Was An Exceptionally Difficult Roof To Replace Given The Access. We Used A 65ft JCB Tele-handler At Maximum Extension To Lift Our 54ft Long Roof Panels To The Eave Of The Roof. Thanks To The Hard Work Of Our Crew We Still Managed To Complete This Project At A High Quality With a Reasonable Profit.
